Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you purchase goods online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence that they have been returned, where applicable).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be returned in their original packaging.
Include any accessories, manuals, tags, and promotional items supplied with the product.
Be returned in a clean, unused, and resellable condition.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items upon receipt. The determination of whether an item is in a resellable condition shall be made at our reasonable discretion. If an item has been used, damaged, altered, or returned without its original packaging to an extent that reduces its value, we may make a deduction from any refund to reflect the loss in value.

Return Postage Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
